Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled
- 2 red bell peppers
- 8 chicken drumsticks
Preparation:
[Divide chicken and vegetables among four 8x12" pieces of heavy duty foil. Drizzle chili sauce mixture over all ingredients. Wrap each packet with a double fold, allowing room for expansion.
Place packets on grill and cover grill. Cook for 40-50 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning packets once during cooking. OR bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 40-50 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 4 servings
