The combination of apricot preserves and Italian salad dressing makes this sweet and tangy recipe delicious. Just bake it and serve.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in large zip lock bag. Squish bag to mix; refrigerate at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours. When ready to cook, place chicken in baking dish; reserve marinade, and bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked, basting occasionally with marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Serves 4
