You can use all thighs or legs in this excellent crockpot one dish meal recipe. Serve it with hot cooked pasta or rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 boneless chicken legs, skin removed
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 red wine or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation:
Cut chicken thighs and legs into 1" pieces. Combine with remaining ingredients except for wine, flour, vinegar, and oregano in a 4-quart slow cooker and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
In small bowl, mix together wine, flour, vinegar, and dried oregano. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well. Cook, covered, on high for 10-15 minutes until liquid is thickened. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
