- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. ground chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups water
- 6 oz. pkg. quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation:
Heat olive oil in large skillet; add chicken and onions and cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in water and seasoning packet from rice mix and bring to a boil.
