Creamy Italian Chicken

Chicken is the most popular meat, and for good reason. It's mild, easy to prepare inexpensive, and can be flavored so many ways. This collection is for chicken made with a sauce. Chicken with sauce is automatically going to be more tender and more flavorful than plain baked, grilled, or poached chicken. And when the recipe has a sauce, all you have to add is some pasta or rice and a vegetable for a complete meal.

You can change these recipes in many ways. If it calls for chicken breasts, substitute thighs and cook a few minutes longer. Or use chicken drumsticks. The chicken with cherry sauce recipe can be made with grapes or raspberries instead. Use your imagination to create your own wonderful recipes - and then write them down so they can become part of your regular rotation.
