One of the best crockpot chicken recipes ever!, Guest nancy

We made this chicken in the crockpot the other night and it was absolutely deliciious. A couple of substitutes. We used chicken breats (but up) instead of thighs and we used Apricot Preserves (no sugar added) instead of Peach. We ate the left overs for dinner last night and it was even better! Easy to make and low in caloires. Next time we are going to add more vegetables - maybe some peas or beans.
