Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 3/4 lb. thin deli roast beef slices
- 2 avocados, peeled and cubed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 pocket breads, cut in half
