If you have some leftover vegetable salad, that can be used in this super simple sandwich recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat pita breads, cut in half
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 1 cup marinated vegetable salad, drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preparation:
Fill pocket bread halves with turkey and vegetable salad. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. Serves 4
