Ingredients:
- 6 cups peeled and sliced cooking apples
- 6-oz. pkg. dried fruit bits
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 3/4 cup orange juice
Preparation:
Combine apples, fruit bits, sugar and orange peel in 3-4 quart crockpot. Sprinkle with tapioca and pour orange juice over all. Cover crockpot and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours until mixture is thickened and blended. Serve immediately, alone or over ice cream, or store in glass jars in refrigerator for 2-3 days. 8 servingsCombine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot.
