This simple five ingredient fresh salsa recipe will spice up any simple grilled chicken or fish fillet.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1 jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl, cover and chill 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator up to 8 hours.
