Drizzle this nice little sauce over ice cream, fold it into brownie batter before baking, and use it to top fresh fruits for a healthy summer dessert.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups packed mint leaves
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. Boil until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes.In food processor, combine mint with almonds; process until finely chopped. With the motor running, add the cooled sugar syrup and the honey; blend until a paste forms. You may need to add more water to reach desired consistency. Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days, or freeze up to 3 months.
