Mixed Fruit Salsa

Use any fruit combination you'd like in this fresh and easy salsa recipe.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. apple jelly
  • 1 cup chopped peeled mango
  • 1 orange, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 pear, unpeeled, chopped
  • 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 minced jalapeno peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation:

In a small saucepan, heat apple jelly until it melts. Combine with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping, or with grilled chicken or fish.
