You can use 1 cup fresh diced pineapple instead of the canned tidbits if you'd like. This fresh salsa is delicious with grilled ham steak.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp. minced jalapeno peppers
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash white pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Serve as a relish with grilled ham steak, or with grilled turkey or chicken tenderloins.
