Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 2-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups Homemade Bisqwick-as-a-Wink Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup ground oatmeal
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, ground
- 1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs until well mixed; stir in http://busycooks.about.com/od/homemademixes/r/bisquickbakingm.htm]baking mix, oatmeal, white chocolate chips, and semisweet chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 12-15 minutes until light brown. Remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 4 dozen
