Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2-3/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon in small saucer. Form dough into 1" balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2" apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets to wire rack immediately to cool. Store covered at room temperature.
