I've always thought that Sandbakkel tartlets were the perfect vehicle for fillings. Combine those crisp little pastries with Nutella for a spectacular fusion dessert!

Yield: 48 tartlets
Ingredients:
- Sandbakkel, baked and cooled
- 1 (15-ounce) jar Nutella
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
Prepare, bake, and cool the Sandbakkel.
Fill each little cookie with Nutella, about a tablespoon per Sandbakkel.
In small bowl, combine cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Place a small spoonful of the whipped cream on top of the Nutella. Serve immediately or cover and chill for a few hours before serving.
