- 1 package frozen puff pastry shells
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (16-ounce) can apple pie filling
- whipped topping from a can
When the shells are almost done baking, place the pie filling in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until filling is hot.
Place a pastry shell on a serving plate and spoon some hot pie filling into the center space. Top with whipped topping and serve.
