Well, the only thing that could make rice pudding more comforting is to add chocolate.

Cook Time: 4 hours
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked long grain rice
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Spray inside of 3-1/2 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in crockpot and stir. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until mixture is thickened and rice has absorbedmost of the liquid. Stir in chocolate chips to partially melt and serve. 8 servings
