You can use any type of dessert liqueur in this super easy recipe. Grand Marnier or Irish Creme would be wonderful.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. Kahlua or other dessert recipes
Preparation:
Combine marshmallows and 1/3 cup of the cream in top of double boiler. Melt over simmering water, stirring frequently, until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in Kahlua. Let cool at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. When mixture is cool, whip remaining 2/3 cup heavy cream and fold into the marshmallow mixture. Pour into 9x5" loaf pan, cover well, and freeze. Serves 6
