Peach Creme Brulee

This super simple dessert recipe can be made with ingredients you probably have on hand.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups canned peach halves or pineapple rings, drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Preparation:

Place drained peach halves or pineapple rings in a shallow glass baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Broil 4-6" from heat until fruit begins to brown in spots.

In small bowl, combine sour cream with granulated sugar and mix well. Spoon sour cream mixture over the fruit and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Broil 4-6" from the heat until sugar melts and caramelizes. Serves 6
