This elegant recipe can be made with just about any combination of sorbet and fresh fruit.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup champagne
- 1 quart peach sorbet
Preparation:
Combine strawberries and sugar and mix gently. Cover and marinate at room temperature for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, then stir in cold champagne. Top sorbet with the marinated strawberries to serve. 6 serving
