Peach Sorbet with Marinated Strawberries

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
• 3 Tbsp. sugar
• 3 Tbsp. vodka
• 1 quart peach sorbet

Preparation:

Combine strawberries, sugar and vodka and mix gently. Cover and marinate at room temperature for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Top sorbet with the marinated strawberries to serve. 6 serving
