Vanilla Peach Pudding Cups

Sprinkle the granola over the dessert just before you serve it. If you're packing this dessert in a lunchbox, pack the granola separately in a little bag so it stays crisp.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 ounce) package French vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 canned peaches, drained
  • 1/3 cup granola

Preparation:

Prepare pudding mix as directed on package. Spoon into four small Tupperware or other resealable containers. Chop peaches and divide among containers; do not mix into pudding. Divide the granola into four portions, place in small zip-lock bag, and attach to container. Chill until serving time; when ready to eat, mix peaches into pudding, then top with granola.
