Use any two flavors of sherbet or ice cream in this easy recipe. Sprinkle chopped nuts, toasted coconut, or chocolate chips in between the layers, and top slices with fruit syrup and a dollop of whipped cream.

Ingredients:
- 1 quart orange or raspberry sherbet
- 1 quart lime or lemon sherbet
Preparation:
Line a 15x10" jelly roll pan with waxed paper or parchment paper. Soften orange sherbet and spread evenly in lined pan. Freeze until solid, about 2 hours. Then soften lime sherbet and spread over frozen orange sherbet. Again freeze until firm but not solid, about 2 hours.To roll, let pan stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then lift narrow end of waxed paper and roll sherbet flavors together, peeling paper back as you roll. Place roll on freezer proof platter and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm. Slice to serve. Serves 8
