With everyone focused on the new school year, you have to start thinking about filling lunch boxes. If your school doesn't offer a hot lunch, or if you would rather control what your child eats, lunch box menus are in your future.

Lunches are much less expensive than dinners, so you can use more fun ingredients. To jazz up a sandwich, serve it on unusual bread. Put a small amount of expensive fruit into a salad, or offer special toppings for hot soup.

This menu is quick and easy, delicious and inexpensive. Make it part of your lunch rotation.
