Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy blue cheese salad dressing
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Add cream cheese; cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in salad dressing, buffalo wing sauce, chicken, and all but 2 tablespoons of the blue cheese; mix well.
Spoon and spread into prepared plate or dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and remaining blue cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and hot. Serve warm with dippers like celery sticks, baby carrots, and tortilla chips. Serves 8
