This Easter dinner menu is very sumptuous and elegant. A leg of lamb is boned then butterflied by your butcher, so it cooks perfectly in very little time. The rich meat is traditionally served with a mint sauce or mint jelly to help cut its unctuous richness. And simple side dishes keep the lamb the star of the menu.

Make sure to set your table beautifully with your best china and lots of crystal and silver. Or keep the setting colorful with earthenware pottery and colored glasses. A basket of Easter eggs colored by the kids makes a festive and simple centerpiece.
