This recipe for scrambled eggs served in puff pastry is one of my all-time favorites. It's perfect for an Easter brunch because all you do when you're ready to serve is fill the pastry cups with egg and bake.

Some sausages cooked with bacon are the perfect accompaniment to the eggs, and a couple of elegant and easy salads round out the menu. Cookies for dessert are perfectly appropriate for brunch. Happy Easter!
