Sunrise Easter Breakfast

The sunrise Easter service was always my favorite at college. After meeting just as the sun was rising, the college would serve a special breakfast. This was not on Easter Sunday, but the Sunday before, because we were always on Spring Break for the actual day.

You can serve this menu either before or after an early church service. In fact, what I would do is have the quick breads out before the service, then come home and have the peaches and scrambled eggs. After all, when you're up that early, why not eat two breakfasts?
