Easter Brunch, Step by Step

When developing this menu, I tried to think of the best brunches I have had at elegant hotels. Something hot and something cold, a nice variation of colors, flavors, and textures, and elegant and delicious food was what they all had in common. These are some of my favorite recipes for breakfast and brunch.

This beautiful and rich salad, Heavenly Cheese Molded Salad is the perfect choice for this meal. The cheese might seem like a strange addition, but it's really good. It tempers the sweetness of the salad and blends beautifully with the pineapple.
