Grilled chicken breasts are quick and easy to make. Be sure to read How to Cook Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts before you start. Marinate or brine the chicken for most flavor. And don't overcook it. An instant read meat thermometer is your friend; cook chicken breasts to 165 degrees F, chicken thighs to 170, and whole chickens to 170. While it stands after cooking, the temp will rise 5 degrees. Don't press down on the chicken while it cooks, and watch it carefully.
