Citrus Sole

This simple recipe takes just 10 minutes to prepare, yet it's flavorful enough for company; perfect for Passover.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 6 oz. sole fillets
  • juice and zest of one orange
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper

Preparation:

Place oil in large skillet and heat over medium heat. Place fish fillets in skillet and sprinkle with orange juice and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Sprinkle with orange zest, chives, salt, and pepper and serve. Serves 4
