Five Ingredient Grill Recipes

  • Mustard Grilled Salmon Salad
Salmon and tender vegetables are tossed with a honey Dijon dressing and grilled, then served over crisp lettuce in this delicious main dish salad recipe.
  • Cranberry Grilled Chicken
Sweet and tangy cranberry sauce glazes tender and savory chicken for a delicious entree.
  • Grilled Swordfish with Tomato Salsa
Jazz up purchased tomato salsa with fresh tomatoes. Visit a farmer's market and try some heirloom varieties for great color and flavor.
  • Crockpot to Grill Ribs
Yes, you can cook ribs in your crockpot all day long, then come home and toss them on the grill to finish to sweet, sticky perfection.
  • Giant Cheeseburger
It's easier to grill one huge burger rather than four or six individual burgers. Use your favorite cheese to top this great entree.
  • Grilled Fish with California Sauce
Fish cooks quickly on the grill, so watch it carefully. Pair the fillets with a tomato and avocado sauce for wonderful flavor.
  • Italian Chicken Dinner Packets
Dinner packets mean no cleanup! This one dish meal cooks to perfection on your grill.
  • Italian Turkey Tenderloin
Bacon wrapped around turkey tenderloin slices gives the meat a smoky, rich flavor. This elegant dish is perfect for company.
  • BBQ Pork Kebabs
You can use soaked bamboo skewers, or reusable metal skewers in this easy and delicious recipe. Use your favorite BBQ sauce for fabulous flavor.
  • Grilled Ham Salad
Ham steaks are glazed and grilled, then cubed and tossed with salad fixings for a great salad.
  • Sausage and Cabbage on the Grill
Bagged coleslaw mix is the 'secret ingredient' in this recipe. Use your favorite brand and type of fully cooked sausage.
  • Seafood Mixed Grill
A mixed grill consists of several different types of meat (or seafood, in this case) cooked all together with a delicious marinade.
  • Grilled Pizza
If you'd like, you can add just about any pizza topping to smoky pizzas cooked to chewy perfection on the grill; but the recipe would be more than five ingredients!
  • Grilled Chicken Nachos
As an appetizer or a casual meal, these nachos are so easy and very delicious.
  • Summer Steaks
Use your favorite fresh herbs in this delicious and easy juicy steak recipe.
  • Caesar Chicken Salad
This super simple recipe is a great twist on a classic Caesar salad. The chicken is grilled, then tossed with crisp croutons, lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Yum.

And in summertime, the simpler the food the better. Choose excellent quality meats and produce, top with simple bastes, glazes, and marinades, and you never have to serve the same meal twice (unless you want to, of course!).

Make sure that you discard marinade or glazes used to baste the food while it's cooking; when you dip a brush or mop into a marinade from meat, you're transferring bacteria. If you want to serve the marinade as a sauce, bring it to a boil in a saucepan and boil for at least 3 minutes, then serve alongside your wonderful grilled food.
