A while ago I was looking for a buttercream recipe to replace the not-so-good cake class recipe. I wanted it to be simple and delicious and this recipe really is. I will never use anything else! I love it so much, so rich and creamy. It can be a little sugary, so if super sugary turns you off you might want to add a little less. I make this whenever I make cakes. I highly recommend it!
