Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 plum tomatoes, sliced 1/2" thick
- 2 cups frozen asparagus pieces or sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Preparation:
Cover and grill packets 6" from medium coals for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
You can also bake the packets in a preheated 450 degrees oven for 23-30 minutes or until done. I highly recommend serving this with rice, because there is a lot of sauce! 4 servings
