Baked Pork Chops and Vegetables

Pork Chops and Vegetables is a simple one pan dinner recipe.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 center cut pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package whole mushrooms
  • 4 small red potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat and brown pork chops on both sides, about 5 minutes total.

Place chops in 13x9" roasting pan and arrange vegetables around meat. In medium bowl combine soup and sour cream and blend well. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover pan abnd bake 20-25 minutes longer until pork is cooked and vegetables are tender.
