Simple Spinach Salad

Vanilla yogurt and orange juice make a sweet and rich dressing for this crunchy side salad.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation:

Combine spinach, celery, and apples in large bowl and toss gently. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. 4 servings
