Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp. mustard mayonnaise blend
Preparation:
Prepare and heat grill. In medium bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper and mix gently. Shape ground beef into a 7" circle. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and set aside.Place ground beef on grill 4-6" from medium high heat. Grill for 7 minutes, then carefully turn burger over with large spatulas. Grill for 3-4 minutes longer, then top with cheese mixture. Cook 5-7 minutes longer until cheese is melted and beef is thoroughly cooked in the center of the burger. 4 servings
