Ground Beef Tostadas are a quick and easy recipe to make for a nice family dinner.

Ingredients:
- Ground Beef Tostada Filling
- 6-8 Baked Tostada Shells
- 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 2 cups shredded CoJack cheese
Preparation:
Prepare Ground Beef Tostada Filling and Baked Tostada Shells. Heat the beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.
While the filling simmers, prepare remaining ingredients. Let diners assemble their own tostadas, starting with the shell, adding a thin layer of refried beans, then the Ground Beef Filling and remaining ingredients. Serves 6-8
