Skillet Ground Beef Lasagna is a simple recipe that uses Ground Beef Mix to transform ground beef and pasta into a complete meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup Ground Beef Mix
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups mafalda pasta
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic and drain off excess fat. Add Ground Beef Mix, water, tomato sauce, and uncooked mafalda pasta; stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cover pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened and pasta is tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir; top with mozzarella cheese and cover. Turn off heat, and let cheese melt. 4-6 servings
