Ham Mornay is a delicious way to use leftover ham. English muffins are topped with Ham, a rich cheese sauce, and asparagus, and broiled to perfection.

Ingredients:
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 2 cups sliced ham
- 1-1/2 cups cheese Alfredo sauce (from 16-ounce jar)
- 1/2 cup shredded Havarti cheese
- 1 cup leftover cooked asparagus spears
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Preheat broiler. Split and toast English muffins and set aside. In medium saucepan, combine ham slices with Alfredo sauce; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-6 minutes until ham is heated.Place English muffins, cut side up, on a broiler pan. Top with asparagus spears, then spoon ham slices with sauce over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil 6" from heat source until topping is brown and bubbles, about 4-7 minutes, watching carefully. Serves 4-6
