BisQuik- Homemade Mix, Guest Diane Smith

This is very nice. I made delicious pancakes, tender and tasty. I have a cookbook for the name brand mix. I have used those recipes a few times, substituting the homemade mix. Made a cherry upside down cake, which was very good. I will make this over and over again.
