Creole Meat Seasoning Mix Recipe

Make your own Creole meat seasoning for use in cooking and grilling meats.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup finely minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp. cumin seed

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Keeps 1 year. Use as preseasoning for beef or pork roasts, chickens, and fish like salmon.
