Ingredients:
- 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef bouillon powder
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Chili Tomato Mac
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup water
1-1/2 cups uncooked medium pasta
2 14-oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 cup Ground Beef Mix
In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain off the fat. Add water, uncooked pasta, diced tomatoes, chili powder and the Ground Beef Mix. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer covered 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. 4-6 servings
Ground Beef Stroganoff
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups water
1/2 cup Ground Beef Mix
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
In large skillet, brown ground beef or turkey and drain off the fat. Add water, Ground Beef Mix and uncooked egg noodles and stir. Bring mixture to a boil, cover pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream until well mixed. Serve immediately. 4-6 servings
Hearty Potato Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup water
6 peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup frozen peas and carrots combo
1/2 cup Ground Beef Mix
Brown ground beef in heavy skillet and drain off the fat. Add water, potatoes, frozen mixed peas and carrots and Ground Beef Mix. Bring to a boil. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir, uncover skillet and cook until excess water is evaporated. 4-6 servings
Cheeseburger Macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
2-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup Ground Beef Mix
3/4 cup elbow macaroni
3/4 cup Cheese Sauce Mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In large skillet, brown and drain ground beef. Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese, stir well, cover pan and reduce heat to low. Simmer mixture until macaroni is tender and sauce has thickened, about 25 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese, remove from heat, cover, and let stand until cheese is melted. 4-6 servings
Skillet Lasagna
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup Ground Beef Mix
1 chopped onion
2 cups water
15-oz. can tomato sauce
3 cups mafalda pasta
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and drain off excess fat. Add Ground Beef Mix, water, tomato sauce, uncooked mafalda pasta, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cover pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened and pasta is tender. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese five minutes before serving; turn off heat,and let cheese melt. 4-6 servings
