Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation:
Prepare and heat grill. In large bowl, combine ground beef, blue cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and marjoram and mix gently. Form into 4 patties. Cook 4-6" from medium coals for 13-15 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center.Split hamburger buns and spread thinly with butter. Cook buns on grill for about 1 minute, until toasted. Serve burgers on hamburger buns with traditional burger toppings or with blue cheese salad dressing, grilled red onions, and lettuce. 4 sandwiches
