Buffalo Ham Mornay is a flavorful hot sandwich recipe perfect for a quick lunch.

Ingredients:
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 2 cups sliced ham
- 1 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce (from 16-ounce jar)
- 1-3 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Preheat broiler. Split and toast English muffins and set aside. In medium saucepan, combine ham slices with salad dressing and Alfredo sauce; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-6 minutes until ham is heated. Remove from heat and stir in hot sauce and blue cheese.
Place English muffins, cut side up, on a broiler pan. Top with red bell peppers and celery, then spoon ham slices with sauce over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil 6" from heat source until topping is brown and bubbles, about 4-7 minutes, watching carefully. Serves 4-6
