If you'd like, you could mash up an anchovy or two and add it to the beef mixture to add even more Caesar salad flavor to these easy burgers.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 sweet onion, cut into 1/4" slices
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 4 kaiser buns
Preparation:
Prepare and heat grill. Combine beef, parsley, 3 Tbsp. salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, and pepper and mix gently. Shape into four patties, each about 1/2" thick.
Grill patties on covered grill 4-6" from heat for 12-15 minutes, until hamburgers are no longer pink in center. Turn once, brushing with remaining salad dressing. Grill onions for last 8 minutes of grilling time, brushing with some of the dressing. Discard any remaining dressing. Serve on sandwich buns, grilled if you'd like, with lettuce. 4 sandwiches
