Ingredients:
- 3 lb. boneless pork loin roast
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Preparation:
Remove pork from slow cooker and shred, using two forks. Add cabbage to liquid remaining in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 10 minutes. Return heat to low, add shredded pork and stir well. Make sandwiches with flour tortillas, sprinkling filling with sesame seeds before rolling up. 12 sandwiches
