- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 8 oz. pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
