Crockpot Three Bean Chili

Use your favorite combination of beans in this super easy five (or six!) ingredient chili.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 6 hours

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz. can spicy chili beans, undrained or 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 15 oz. can black beans, drained
  • 15 oz. can pinto beans, drained
  • 14 oz. can spicy diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder or salsa seasoning herb mix
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 onion, chopped, if desired

Preparation:

In 4-5 quart crockpot, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until mixture is blended and thickened. Serve with sour cream and grated Jalapeno cheese, if desired. 6 servings
