This excellent rich soup is made with frozen imitation crab, or surimi. You can use real frozen crabmeat if you'd like.

Cook Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 oz. can condensed cream of potato soup
- 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes with green peppers
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup frozen imitation crab (surimi) cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 bay leaf
- dash cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and mix. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until thoroughly heated. Remove bay leaf before serving. 6 servings
